Sure, this wine is full bodied and lush, filled with ripe raspberry fruit, but there is also a sense of underlying structure, and some lovely herb-spice complexities, like rhubarb, cedar, cinnamon, vanilla and cracked pepper. Drink it over the next 2–3 years. || Classic Barossa style, with an effusive nose of vanilla, plums and rubber that leads to a juicy but crisp palate covered in a layer of velvety tannins. The medium finish offers up nice raspberry, plumcake and cracked pepper notes. Crying out for steak.
