This is seriously spicy on the bouquet, where a mix of earth, pepper, herbal notes and cassis set up a stocky body with a condensed feel and ample oak. Heavy black-fruit flavors are hard at first but settle well, leaving mint and licorice notes along with a dark, toasty, herbal finish.
