Quite light in color, this wine—named after the 1890s regional pioneer Adolph Siot—brings light bubblegum, cut grass, apple and slightly funky reductive aromas. It's lively and acidic on the focused palate, carrying flavors of butter, apple skin and pear skin, with just enough of the fruity flesh attached to broaden the mouthfeel.
