Balsamic aromas come with notes of stewed plum, raisin, herbs and graphite. This is wiry in feel, with high acidity and just enough jammy weight to maintain proper balance. Herbal plum and berry flavors carry a tomato accent, while the finish stays the course. Drink through 2016.
